Processing & Delivery Time
Orders from Brevi Brushes typically ship within 1 business day via DHL and arrive within 2 to 5 days. We also offer a Next-Day Delivery option which ships within the same day via UPS and arrives the following business day. Please note that even if the order doesn't ship on the same day of purchase, it will still arrive the next business day.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification as soon as the tracking number becomes active. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the tracking website.
Issues & Delays
If you encounter any issues with your order or experience delays, please contact us at hello@brevibrushes.com. However, please understand that once your order has shipped, delays are out of our control.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, especially if the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered. In such cases, please contact your local post office. If they are unable to assist, feel free to reach out to us and we'll try our best to find a solution. However, we do not provide refunds or replacements for items that tracking information states have been delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you notice that you put the wrong shipping address, please make sure you contact us as soon as possible so we can change it because after 24 hours, the order would have been shipped.Our system may catch minor errors and we will contact you in such cases. However, some errors may slip through, resulting in a failed delivery attempt and return to sender.
Stuck Orders
If your order is stuck and it's been 8+ days since the last tracking update, please contact us. We will investigate and reship the order if necessary. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping fees in these matters, as it is out of our control.
Wrong Items or Quantity Received
If you received the wrong item or quantity, please contact us and we'll make it right free of charge.
Return Policy
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped, or if you have not received a shipping notification. Please note that orders usually ship within 1 business day.
To cancel an order, simply contact our customer support team at hello@brevibrushes.com with your order details. A full refund will be issued through the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 7 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within a day of purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, contact our support team to initiate the process and let us know what product you'd like to receive.
Please note that the returning product must be in the same flawless condition it was upon arrival. In addition, we do not cover the postage fee for exchanges and a restocking fee of $2.50 will be charged upfront. An email with a payment request for this fee will be sent to you before the return process commences.
If the returned product arrives damaged, we unfortunately cannot send the requested exchange item.
One-Year Warranty
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. However, if something does go wrong, we provide a one-year warranty that covers products that arrived damaged, defective, or faulty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, damage incurred from accidents, or any alterations to the product.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team within 365 days of your purchase. Describe the issue, attach a photo/video, and let us know if you prefer a replacement or return. We will then assist you further. While we do not provide return labels, we will refund the postage fee along with the refund for the product if you provide a receipt or confirmation of the payment.
Easy Return
At Brevi Brushes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. To qualify, the product must be in flawless condition and exactly the same as upon arrival. The guarantee only applies to products purchased directly on our website, brevibrushes.com.
To initiate a return, send us an email at hello@brevibrushes.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that we do not provide return labels and do not cover the postage fee, unless the product is damaged or faulty. If this is the case, please provide a photo or video showing the issue. We also charge a restocking fee of $2.50 which will be deducted from the eligible refund.
Not following our return instructions may result in no refund or extra charges. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and issue a refund through the same payment method. Please note that shipping fees selected with the order will not be refunded. The refund may take up to 7 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
