I wish I could get anyone at this company to respond. I keep sending messages because I have been getting brushes sooner than the 3 months I thought I signed up for. I can't see a login section or area on the website to manage my subscription. The brush is nice but the website and customer service leaves one quite frustrated and unhappy.

The brush polishes my teeth very well. They feel as smooth as after a cleaning from my hygienist. I also notice less debris on the dental floss after brushing, which makes me think it's also cleaning well between teeth. I would like to see it with a larger head. It's like brushing with a child's toothbrush. However, I did get used to it. The back of the brush has nubs. I'm not sure if this is for tongue scraping but if so, they need to be bigger and more of them to do the job. All in all a much better manual toothbrush!

Bevi is the best toothbrush I've ever used. I love it so much I've stock up upon them. I have seven in my drawer so I will not be out of it. When I reach to two I will order another four. That's how much I live this toothbrush. I have very sensitive gum and this is the only toothbrush I can use on my gum that does not irritate my gum.

Nice product, but they have a terrible interface and customer service. They say in their site you should get a new toothbrush around every 3 months, but they only offer service program that sends you toothbrush every month. And then they blow up your emails and text message you constantly about toothbrushes, and even though you tell them like 20 times that you want your subscription to only be every 3 months they ignore you and keep blasting you. Plus I've seen the same brush cheaper.

It has a very different feel. There are many more bristles and they are packed in very densely . The brush handle is small and very firm. This allows the brush to get into tight inaccessible spaces. The brush holds up better after a lot of use. i brush about three-four times a day.

I have absolutely loved my Brevi toothbrushes until this latest model. The bristles are much harder than previous models. I was really pleasantly surprised by this toothbrush! It is soft it almost seems too soft to clean thoroughly but it doesn't trick. My teeth felt cleaner after using the Brevi once then if I had cleaned my teeth three times with my old brush. It's soft on the gums it feels very nice on your teeth! I recommend this brush to anyone who wants a great smile! I just wish it was a little cheaper it's on the pricey side to buy it every month as a toothbrush. But sometimes you have to pay for the best.

I have been a customer for at least a year, maybe two. My latest order arrived and I was disappointed to find the toothbrush has changed! There are 1/2 the amount of bristles. The head of the toothbrush is the same, but with half the amount of bristles. It's like trying to brush my teeth with a child's toothbrush. I emailed customer service and never received a response. I'm really frustrated because I ordered 2 last time so now I have 2 half-size toothbrushes. Please fix this and make them like you used to!
