We are SO disappointed in Brevi! First of all, we received a notification our toothbrushes were being shipped to us from China. It took a long time for the package to arrive. The envelope was not in the best condition, but we assumed the products would be alright. We were totally wrong! Look at how terrible the condition of the boxes are! Then we open the plastic seals to find both toothbrushes are chipped and destroyed. We need a refund and our subscription discontinued. Itās not at all what we were expecting.

I love these brushes and havenāt gone back to regular toothbrushes since I found them! However, the subscription brush heads are too small. They are more like a childās size. So, I will cancel the subscription and order on my own.

I love the brushes but I hate your software system. Every time I go to the website, it treats me like Iām a new customer. And Iāll get delivery of my brushes and then two days later I get TWO emails (itās always two) from the founder saying heās sorry that I havenāt received my brushes yet, theyāre busy and in demand, etc. I think the brushes are the BEST (and Iām a dentist - I know toothbrushes!) but your system needs some work.

Since using this toothbrush I have had 2 of the best dental visits ever. I have tried every brushing every day, flossing, special toothbrushes, mouth washes, every toothpaste. Who wouldāve known that changing to this kind of toothbrush would have been exactly what my teeth and health needed. I only wish that I had this a long time ago. I have literally tried everything. I am so excited for my past couple of visits. It makes me look forward to continuing to go to the dentist for good reports.

This is a scam!!
Each time a new brush comes, itās smaller than the last, fewer bristles, not as soft or dense. I wish I had taken a pic of the first one, but you can clearly see that they made an insert with fewer bristles and a smaller footprint to attach to the handles they still had in stock.
Everyone is being ripped off! They no longer deliver the product that was first advertised and paid for.

It was great to begin with and really felt the clean and comfort difference. But this last subscription seemed like the surface area of the bristles got smaller so not too happy with it.

I have trouble using an electric toothbrush as it bangs against my implants and also hard to get around the back teeth..Brevi is perfect..I enjoy brushing and making sure it goes around each tooth and under the gums. The payoff is my teeth feel so smooth after I brushā¦love the soft brushes..

I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription because I have WAY too many toothbrushes at this point in time. I have tried to find a direct number to cancel my subscription but i am unable to find one. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I love these toothbrushes! They feel like a spa day for your teeth. The massive amount of soft bristles make my tooth enamel sparkle and shine. I really appreciate the sustainable bamboo handle. I bought one for my son and several for the guest bathroom for out of town guests to sample.

The new ones have a smaller amount of bristles than they had last time I ordered. I get why they did this redesign, but I think they went too far with it. Iād like to see my tooth brushes be more like six months ago than the ones I just got. This is too narrow, and it feels weird.

All I can say is once I started using BREVI tooth brushes I was addicted..have several crowns and one implant and using a toothbrush or an electric one would band into them and with Brevi I spend lots of time enjoying going over every tooth and up under my gumsā¦I run my tongue over my teeth and they feel clean and shiny. I highly recommend it

The bamboo brushes break easily, I keep trying to cancel my order and no one answers or helps. I do like the brushes with the recycled plastic handles, but again I canāt get a hold of anyone who will answer to change this. Sucks.

I have a lot of crowns and an implant and when I use an electric brush it bangs into all these teeth so I brush over them quickly. With the Brevi i enjoy feeling the soft bristles clean these teeth and get under my gums and when I am done they feel slippery as if all the plaque is gone. My check ups are always good.

Works great with just water. I do a quadrant and rinse and repeat. Then the back side. Gets in between teeth. Does not irritate gums. Gives a dentist clean. I will not need to have my teeth cleaned/scaled every three months anymore. Love it! Gave one set to my Mom. It is helping her too! I love the softness and the nano bristles that reach all surfaces. Customer for life.

This toothbrush is unlike any toothbrush I have ever used. Bristle count REALLY made a difference with my teeth. For years my gums had bled and Iāve felt uncomfortable about brushing my teeth every morning, but Brevi brush gets the job done so much better and my teeth have never felt happier. I have sensitive gums and had years of bad dentists. When I read reviews about Brevi on Instagram I had to try them. I started with the bamboo handle and realized as much as it was better than the plastic handle for the environment they would splinter . I almost did not try the regular handle. I am so glad I did. My teeth feel better than an electric toothbrush, it is more economical and everyone comments on how white my teeth look. I could not be happier with those tiny little nano bristles that work so hard every day. Thank you Brevi! My dentist canāt believe the difference after switching from my oral -b.

My teeth feel really clean after using this brush. It feels more like polishing than brushing my teeth. My teeth seem to feel cleaner for longer as well. Definitely worth purchasing the 2/$12 monthly subscription and you can skip months if you don't need a new pair of brushes every month.
